My dog tag came quickly, and I was kept informed about its delivery. However, I ordered mine with the small nails for attachment, which would mean the holes punched in the dog tag would be #4 holes. My plan was to enlarge the holes slightly for 1/8" pulled rivets for attachment. Instead it came with #6 holes for use with #6 sheet metal screws. Nobody uses sheet metal screws for this type attachment on an all aluminum airplane. I'll have to figure another method of attachment.
