Even though they guarantee delivery, I have not received my order. I spoke with an agent and was advised it was at main post office per tracking information. The agent also advised me if I provide an alternate address they will mail one that day and should receive in 4 days. The main post office said they haven't ever received the order and appears to be a postal. scam. I have not received the order at my primary address or the alternate provided.
