Initially upset because I received 2 sets of dog tags without the long and short ballchains. I had copies of my late father's tags made up. He served in the Army from '67 to '69 during Vietnam. I wanted a set to give to my brother and my nephew (who is in the Army). I emailed customer service and they immediately responded apologizing for the mixup. Within a day or two they shipped out the missing ballchains along with another set of dog tags and chains. Extremely pleased with the tags and with customer service.
