I recently purchased ID tags for my young grandson who is on the autistic spectrum. Although minimally verbal, he recently wandered from home without any ID, and was only able to tell neighbors his parents names. The tags I had made had his full name and his parents phone numbers so that contact could be made. There was not room for an address on the selected tags with the phone numbers.
