While the dog tag itself was as expected, the 3 chains they supplied were a nightmare.
The clasps were of a very hard material and were totally closed up so that the chain could not be closed. It took a half hour of brute strength with a pair of pliers to close the chains. I tore up a finger nail in the process. Not worth the hassle.
