I received my dog tags the day before I was suppose to. They were neatly wrapped in a small brown envelope. Inside that they were in plastic bags. I did have to figure out how to lock the clasp on. There were no instructions, but I found a you tube video, easily showing how to clasp a ball chain. It was easy, with a little snap tug. I am happy with the darkened bossed look. Really can see it better. The info I put on there was just as I had asked. I ordered stickers for the back. I am about to put those on today. Instructions say a little alcohol, dry, and place.I am happy with how they made it. My WW2 Dad and Uncle, would be proud I got their tags made. Important for their history. Thank You!
