Contrary to the other reviews, I found Fave to be really welcoming and flexible with their refunds policies! I had made a purchase before the circuit breaker which had an expiry. I requested for an extension, and they gladly gave me one with no questions asked! Clearly understanding that it was out of my control:) Thank you Fave!
