Customer service requested for my personal private details which are protected by PDPA laws in order to NOT give a refund, reimbursement or restatement of voucher. Any logical or reasonable human would NOT provide them with their private personal details if FAVE was not going to give ANY refund, reimbursement or restatement. If negative or 0 star rating were possible, I would give it a -5 star rating. Sad that anyone has to resort to doing an internet review to give the general an accurate impression of Fave.
