Very very poor customer service, recently had tickets purchased for Christmas, the business had been shut due to Malaysia’s COVID restrictions. The business involved said all tickets will be honoured but Fave will not let us access the tickets as they were out of date. Gave them all the details and reasons but each time they just found another excuse to not validate our tickets. Very poor business attitude due the current environment. Highly recommend you do not use
