Zero stars if possible. Bought an offer via Fave website only to find Fave app no longer exists in App Store. Hence cannot use and cannot cancel. Customer service, Fai, simply goes back and forth on email asking for screen recording then claiming that she can't access the video. Such a time waster and rubbish company!! Never again!!
