Love the blue lotus, works good to infuse into vodka or as tea. I’ve enjoyed vivid interesting dreams (not nightmares like usual) since I started having this as tea as part of my evening wind down. Highly recommend for sleep (as a woman) as opposed to an aphrodisiac. Similar feel to damiana. ❤️ Excellently packaged and shipped fast. Cannot recommended enough!
