Great website to choose my item from, ordering and payment was easy with email confirmation and expected delivery date. I was able to track my order and it arrived before the expected date. My pendant is beautiful and looks exactly like the website image. I am delighted with the service. My pendant came in a lovely box and with some extra info on the supplier and a post card in a nice envelope. A well thought out process which suggests the supplier cares about his products, service and customers.
