I ordered two birthstone claddagh rings for my daughters for Christmas. I had some questions and sent an email on a Saturday. Within a few minutes I had a response and was told I would get a call on Monday. Monday morning I received the call, had my questions answered and was very delighted with the person I spoke with, Ciaran Vipond. When I hadn't received my rings I became worried there may be a problem so sent another email. Within minutes I had a response that my rings were on the way. I have been extremely satisfied with my rings, they are absolutely beautiful, and the service I received was what I would call international comraderie.
