Our customer service was extraordinary, and my wife is very pleased with her Claddagh ring. I had purchased a Claddagh ring for her from My Irish Jeweler, but she lost it. We recently took a vacation to Ireland and thought we would stop by My Irish Jeweler to get it replaced. We didn't know that My Irish Jeweler does not have a retail site when we stopped by the office. However, the person who helped us was very gracious. She took the time to sit down with us, properly size my wife's finger, and order a new ring for us. It arrived just after we returned home, fit perfectly, and my wife loves it.
