Everything went extremely smoothly, even when I emailed you to change the engraving. The ring arrived promptly and the package was beautifully presented. The only criticism was using UPS delivery.When I checked where my package was their system said it had been collected on 4/4/19 but I wouldn't receive it until 4/8/19 ! Of course I panicked thinking it would never arrive but it did within 3 days .
