A fantastic experience. I called expecting a recording that would tell me when I might be able to talk to a representative of the company. To my surprise I got Gavin in Ireland, in the middle of the night. I spoke with him for a few minutes explaining how important this gift was. My wife of 30 yrs. recently passed and was a proud McCormick. I wanted something special from her and I for my daughters valentines day. Gavin not only corrected my order but found the proper gift, This was all after I unknowingly roused him from bed in the middle of the night his time. I am not advocating calling him at anytime as I did (He is in Ireland) but I got my heartfelt and VERY special gift in 2 days.
