I requested the delay an order as I was going overseas and the medication can’t be left in the sun, and first they said it was delayed, and then they stated that it’s too late to delay, 3 days later. The t st messages show that the order has not been dispatched. What a waste or $400. Really poor customer service. This company is only in it for the money. It’s available from your GP now, just go direct, and don’t waste your money, it’s much cheaper through your gp.
