Worst customer service / company I have ever engaged with, they kept lying to me someone is going to contact you in few days , few hours , now it’s completely silent, I’ve been asking for my refund and no reply! It’s not worth any sec in your life to experience this level of stress. See my pictures attached below, they are full of lies !

Really poor customer service. There is very little coaching or guidance and only during weekdays as they don’t work weekends! Basically they seem to prescribe and then leave you to the FB community to solve any problems. Yes I had a great weight loss in the first couple of months but nothing now for a whole month. I have reached out several times now to request advice from a prescriber and literally nothing in response!

At the time of purchase, the programme was advertised at £125, and I proceeded under the clear impression that this was the total cost. At no point during the payment process was there any mention of a subscription cost or recurring charges. If such information had been clearly presented, I would not have agreed to continue.

Took my money for Mounjaro and then weeks later after me senimding numerous messages they said I can't have it. They are now saying ill get a refund but there has been no sign of a refund and no matter how many messages I send they don't get back to me or send my refund. Do not go with this Company.

Everything happens so fast, you will loose your investments to them and they eventually stop replying till you are finally blocked ... contact simonch . com for assistance if you have also been a victim .. simonch . com recovered my money for me just a few days after contacting them.

Your first order might arrive, then maybe your second and third but don’t count on being valued as an existing customer with this company and program. You will eventually become like the rest of us and get an email out of the blue telling you that they can no longer supply you and that you will get a medical consult soon. Meanwhile I’ve already changed medications once previously due to supply issues and suffered through the start up side effects, my last available order is late and I’ve received no consult as promised. I’m in total limbo yet Juniper continues to push for new customers, their FB group has posts daily of new clients excited about the start of their weightloss journey waiting for their first delivery. The company’s ethics are disgraceful and their customer support is an illusion. They would rather get your fast bucks then cut you off rather than focus on their existing customers and ensure a supply for their longer term customers.

Unfortunately it's not a holistic weight loss program. They sell you weight loss drugs at double the price and give you very little else in return. The TGA website reported on 21st September 2023 that practitioners should stop prescribing ozempic to new patients, to ensure people already on the medication can continue their treatment during the shortage. However, every day on the juniper Facebook group there are still new people joining daily and talking about starting their on their first week of ozempic. Juniper has clearly disregarded the TGAs advice. As a result, people who have been successfully using it for months are now being told by juniper that juniper can't supply their medicine and they will have to reduce their dose or move to a different medicine.

They have stop giving the doses the correct doses as per initial plans in name of shortage of the drugs. Though prices seem to be rising. Not a honest portal.....

I have been waiting for my refund for over two weeks now. I am in Germany. There is no way to contact the one here in Europe other than the email address. If I dont get my money back soon I will get legal help. This is appalling customer service!

There is no phone number to contact them on. Everything is done on email. I requested the delay an order as I was going overseas and the medication can’t be left in the sun, and first they said it was delayed, and then they stated that it’s too late to delay, 3 days later. The t st messages show that the order has not been dispatched. What a waste or $400. Really poor customer service. This company is only in it for the money. It’s available from your GP now, just go direct, and don’t waste your money, it’s much cheaper through your gp.

I have the impression that this organisation is only interested in selling shakes and that the whole obesity medical intervention is for publicity purposes and not a proper medical intervention as per the latest research from the States (see Dr. Fatima Cody Stanford, Harvard, amongst others) on how to treat obesity. I think that there is also a discrimination against age by the medical team.
