“My 1st delivery was left outside in the heat and rain which ruined the whole thing.
After putting in a complaint they repaced it... to again leave it outside in the heat and rain..
WTF.. seriously... it says on the box to be refridgerated but you take our $400.00 and leave our medication in the middle of summer outside my doorstep and in the rain just packed in a cardboard box with no weather protection water proof postable packaging...
Very disappointed
Won't be ordering again.
Will go to my GP's for script now.

The first order “failed” and then lost, then the second was “failed” but now apartment just sitting in a facility somewhere. But you can’t contact the company directly to figure out where it’s gone.
