I’ve been with Juniper for six months and the experience has been incredibly disappointing.
The service and communication from their advisors has been poor throughout. At one point they increased my dosage without me asking, which I had to step in and stop. Then, when I did actually request an increase, they refused and instead demanded more photos, which felt excessive and inconsistent.
Things went downhill further when I asked to either stay on my current dose or cancel. I was told they would cancel, but then informed I’d be charged £50 to do so. This was never made clear upfront and feels like it’s buried in small print. I also didn't get a package delivered on the day they said they would and even claimed I was out when I was in all day and DPD just didn't deliver. The package was warm and should have arrived chilled.
The whole experience left me feeling uncomfortable and frankly quite upset. One advisor, Ajay, came across as rude and unnecessarily threatening in tone, which only made matters worse.
Overall, a very poor customer experience. I would NOT recommend. Its also one of the most expensive providers there are cheaper alternatives.”
