“Initial consultation and prescription were fine, but then once the prescription is sent out I can no longer access any of the discussions with the doctor or information that was provided to me. Any questions I had or clarification on what I paid for or what the regimen was, which would have been answered by this information, or the links to documents that were given in the initial consultations, were inaccessible and I had to submit questions by form and wait to receive an email response. Why?”
