There are so many issues with this company. Firstly, you should not have taken my payment, then increased the price afterwards and asked for more. On top of that, you raised the price before the 1st, even though the increase wasn’t supposed to take effect until then—meaning I should have been charged the lower price since my order was placed and approved before the change. When I requested a refund, I was eventually told it would be processed, but nothing happened until I chased it up. Only then was it initiated, and not once did I receive an apology or a proper response—just an automated email stating the payment had been sent and would take around five working days to arrive. This company clearly prioritizes money over customers, showing no care or accountability.
