It seems to be a nice kit, but I would offer some changes or options to this kit. 1) more gauze, even small finger wounds that require stitches are going to bleed a tremendous amount. 2) a small squeeze bottle of sterile normal saline, you do not want to suture up a wound with debris still in it. 3) A small tourniquet for fingers, this I know from experience, when by myself I split one of my fingers on a table saw. Lots and lots of blood, I used one of my wife's hair ties to cut of the blood flow and that made it much easier to determine the depth and extent of the damage. Larger limbs can be done with most other things, belts, para cord, etc. but fingers especially on your self needs to be self tightening. 4) Olsen-Hegar needle holders with serrated jaws, again if you are having to suture a wound there is going to be a lot of blood, that makes things slippery. I have used this type of needle holder for years and it allows me to cut the suture material without having to put down the needle holder and pick up the scissors. Another thing that could help would be a sterile drape or light water proof sheet to lay instruments on to prevent contamination. Other than those items this seems to be a reasonably priced and equipped little suture pack.
