Deceptive - a prominent American flag on front, and statement suggesting made in Utah, but on the back of every item I ordered there is a label "made in China." I have no comment of the product itself, but would not personally take anything or use first aid materials made in china. Should have been more clear on the website, but that would have diminished sales.

I ordered 6 different products - the packaging prominently shows an American flag and lists SLC, Utah; but on the back in smaller print is the unexpected and disappointing, "Made in China." Very deceptive advertising. More importantly, I doubt many customers want to ingest chinese made products.

Awful customer service. Bought several medical pack products with two day delivery and now, after a week, still have yet to receive the 'expedited' delivery. If I could cancel the order I would but no way to do so.

The owner is a doctor helper "nurse" who tries to use a story of a family member bleeding to death. Only retarded customers purchase from this company and support such rhetoric.

Lies about shipping time. They advertise it will ship in 1-3 days. This is a flatout lie. Ordered the 28th, received email that items had shipped 6 hours before shipping label was even created and USPS says they didn't even receive the shipment until the 3rd. See attached screen shots.

Customer service is the best price isn't a issue and delivery not bad takes time to put together a small company, a large demand ; as fare as returns, refunds they are fare and handles problems rite then and there ,people that a problem with the products ; well go to o.r. they offer you a temporary solution, when out about till help arrives so do with nothing, and adapt, or have the best of everything, not knowing how to use it so cowboy up.....

The gear was cheap, it won't last or stand up to any use. Don't buy a tourniquet or trauma sheers here. You can't really go wrong with the gauze and basic stuff, but don't buy anything you need to be high quality.

While I have to say the kit I ordered was everything I wanted the customer service unfortunately is left wanting. I received an order that said it included a Sof-t tourniquet but it was not included. Despite my order being placed on 12 April I am yet to receive a Sayyid response or a refund. Emails have not been responded to. A sad experience for such a quality product.

I paid them, they then told me I got items to cheap and gave me a bill for an additional 60%. After days of messages not being answered I finally got ahold of someone who said they could do a refund of my original purchase. A week later and no refund. They eventually mailed me a check

So the kit seems to me pretty decent, although one could make one of better quality for cheaper at home, obviously. However, it took them 2 weeks to even send me an official confirmation email with my tracking number, and another 6 day estimated shipping time. The staff finally answered after I reached out incessantly for many days, but almost 3 weeks just to ship a premade first aid kit halfway across the country? I won’t be buying anything from them again.

Bass Bullie Nation here. I've ordered 3 solos kits from them last year for my teammates and me and everyone was extremely happy with them!

I ordered the EMT shears and what I received wasn't much better than a poorly crafted pair of kids scissors. Rough edges small handle with sharp edges and made out of a very cheap stamped metal of undetermined type and quality. I bought a pair of shears at Menards that are hands down 100 times better for less. I paid as much in shipping as I did for the shares themselves. No way I will order from them again or recommend them to someone else. Unlike everyone else I did get an answer when I called but they said I could send them back for a refund of the purchase price, but that shipping would be out of pocket. If you know what you want in a kit, build the kit yourself.

As mentioned in other reviews, it takes an exceptionally long time for them to fulfill an order. Nothing had happened on my order for 8 days, and when I followed up with them, they indicated the item I ordered was out of stock. I requested a substitution, but even 10 days after that my kit hasn't arrived. Be sure you have at least 3 weeks after you order the kit before you plan to use it. I had to order a kit elsewhere at the last minute.

Support was friendly but this took almost a month to arrive and when it did it was missing items.

We have been looking for a kit that has a collection of minor to major incident care supplies. We are very happy with this kit. Heres to never needing to use it.

Great product and the kit was put together well. Shipping did take longer than I except though.

As a nurse, I want to be prepared when out hiking or coming up on an accident! This kit is great!

I opened my back for the first time and the stitching on all of the insides was coming apart. They sent me a new bag and it had the same problem. So the quality wasn't worth the cost. And the stuff inside of this isn't amazing. Not medical grade. Somewhere between a hospital and Target. Again, not terrible, but not worth the cost.
