While I have to say the kit I ordered was everything I wanted the customer service unfortunately is left wanting. I received an order that said it included a Sof-t tourniquet but it was not included. Despite my order being placed on 12 April I am yet to receive a Sayyid response or a refund. Emails have not been responded to. A sad experience for such a quality product.

Make sure you read the measurements. Misleading in the pics. The bag we ordered is tiny. Other than that, it’s great quality and very nice.

I had been researching and looking at trauma kits and IFAK for awhile and finally decided to make the investment. As this kit was to support the operations of our church and the youth group I reached out for discount code that was mentioned in the sites FAQ section. It took over a week to get a response which I did I was provided a personalize code that would be good now and in the future. Products arrived during a bit of cold weather and multiple items were frozen. Reached out and after a few days finally got a response that everything should still function and be usable. I am not convinced and plan to reach out to manufactures when I can. A few weeks after receiving products I got a message on social media responding to my initial request for a discount for church safety team (501c3). The response was that I could contact about wholesale account with a xx% discount. This Discount was 1.5x greater than one provided Email to which followed up and never received a response. Overall, product seems to be pretty good and I pray never to use. But, customer service sucks.

For the price I expected a little more out of the bag. The contents came as expected, but upon opening the bag the first time one of the zipper lanyards broke. The bag stitching is single stitched and has stray (loose?) stitching throughout.

One month to ship with no communication until I initiated the conversation is in reasonable. I still have an item on backorder. If I would have known it was going to take this long I would have shopped elsewhere. There should be a note on the web page notifying customers that items will be on backorder. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead or one is because the kit I got was well assembled and the contents were nice.

Really great products. My order was delayed several weeks and I could not get a courtesy email telling me so. Poor communication thru help site, Not impressed. If I didn't threaten to contact PayPal, I would not have heard anything otherwise.

This looks much larger in the photos and is very difficult to close due to the massive amount of stuff cramped into a very small bag. Additionally, it is hard to get to anything fast due to the small space.

I bought this for my dad for Christmas, he loved it. It was a good price and good quality. The only problem with this company is their customer service follow up, I ordered on the 6th of December and couldn’t get my emails answered by the company when I started to worry a week out from Christmas with no shipping info. They finally did contact me back after several days and explained they were too busy and were working hard to get orders out. That’s fine, I understand, but emails should not go unanswered. It didn’t end up arriving until the 28th so not in time for Christmas.

I like the product and supporting the company but not too thrilled about waiting to get my full order. I understand it being busy this time of year but not getting the right thing sent in a timely manner after reaching out about it is a little frustrating.

Once I received my pack, there was a personal note with it, stating that an article was missing and would be “shipped soon”.... soooooo, that was over a month ago

TL/DR: It works, It's effective, a couple of tweaks and it'd be great. I want to be clear: I bought the bag only. I've been an EMT for 29 years, FF for 9, DMAT for 3, EMS educator for 20. I'm old, grumpy and picky about the equipment I use. I want to load the bag the way, and with what, I want. When the MyFak arrived I played with it some. Overall my initial impression was that it was gimmicky. Molle straps lots of fuzzy Velcro and pull off Velcro seat attachments. Just another FAK... So here goes: Dislikes: the interior sleeves are sewn to the back of the case. It's more of an envelope shape than a box: this minimizes useable space. Id like to see the the sleeves sewn to the side of the pack making storage and customization of equipment more user friendly. Interior back elastic: a bit higher to hold things more securely. The bottom of the pack to help better secure things down there. Higher straps help to keep CAT or NPA's from twisting or getting caught when removing other things behind them. Velcro on the front seems a bit excessive. Likes: zipper placement is spot on. The Velcro seat attachments actually works really well. I though it was gimmicky, but after needing the MyFak at an impromptu physics test between a big hill, helmetless bike rider and a school bus; It was really nice to grab it and go. Good size: I can fit what I need for people and the dogs in there. Overall: a decent IFAK. -Mark

While everything is of excellent quality, once you open the case you'll struggle to get it closed again. Not very user-friendly in that regard. Larger kits are probably much more manageable.

Received my kit and the presentation is good and products are as advertised. However I received a note in my package stating celox was out of stock and would be shipped at a later date. Not a huge deal, but would've liked the kit to be complete when I received it.
