I had been researching and looking at trauma kits and IFAK for awhile and finally decided to make the investment. As this kit was to support the operations of our church and the youth group I reached out for discount code that was mentioned in the sites FAQ section. It took over a week to get a response which I did I was provided a personalize code that would be good now and in the future. Products arrived during a bit of cold weather and multiple items were frozen. Reached out and after a few days finally got a response that everything should still function and be usable. I am not convinced and plan to reach out to manufactures when I can. A few weeks after receiving products I got a message on social media responding to my initial request for a discount for church safety team (501c3). The response was that I could contact about wholesale account with a xx% discount. This Discount was 1.5x greater than one provided Email to which followed up and never received a response. Overall, product seems to be pretty good and I pray never to use. But, customer service sucks.
