I bought two myfak premium kits, I should them to a few of the EMTs I know and they were very impressed with what came in the kit for the price. The only thing negative any if the had to say about the kit was they would of rather seen a CATS tourniquet instead of the RATS tourniquet. Great product and would highly recommend.
