I've been waiting for word about the whereabouts of the kit that I ordered for two weeks, and have been looking under my stairs each day to see if it has been delivered. Only today, after twelve days of waiting, has the product EVEN SHIPPED. It will likely be 3 weeks between when I ordered my kit and when it gets delivered. Unacceptable.
