Delivery was one month from order date to time kit was received. Reason given for delay was backordered items due to circumstances beyond their control. I requested that the kit be shipped complete and it was shipped missing one item with a card indicating that the item will be shipped when available. No compensation, no nothing on a $299.00 purchase. In the meanwhile I am inundated by e-mails offering coupons for recommending friends and discounts off of other purchases. When we do get the missing item we will have the additional work of having to make sure it gets in the kit we purchased which is now in the field.
