Metabolic Meals has helped me in so many ways. I don't have a lot of time to cook so having healthy choices readily available is critical. I love that the nutrition panel is on the packaging to understand what I'm eating and make sure I'm eating a balanced meal. I also enjoy that the meals are already in MyFitnessPal app so I can easily track my calories and macros. The food quality and delivery are consistent. If you are on the fence about ordering, I highly recommend giving Metabolic Meals a try.
