“I have had these meals for over a year, and couldn't be happier. Love the selection and the quality of the ingredients. This is the longest I have used a meal service. If the quality remains I will be a customer for a long time to come.”
“I have been using this meal delivery for about a year. It is because I have celiac and can not eat gluten. These meals are really really good! The only draw back is that some of them are not very filling for the cost. However, they are perfect for me and I love them enough to keep ordering them. There were a few hiccups with delivery 2 times over the year and customer service gave me a credit for the loss both times. I do reccomend these meals because they are very good! Average is 13 dollars per meal.”

“I have quite a few food sensitivities and this company is the only one that keeps the major ones out of their food: wheat/gluten and soy. This is the only company who's food isn't frozen and that I don't have to make myself. I didn't want the ingredients to cook the food, I wanted it prepped and ready to go. Metabolic Meals does just that with fresh meals that I can freeze later. I've enjoyed about 95% of the meals I've tried and found a few favorites I like to reorder each time they're available.”
“I tried factor meals as a bodybuilding oriented man but the fat, sodium and macro ratios were too far off to meet my needs (plus little variety). ENTER METABOLIC MEALS! Much better macros with options to choose high protein versions of the same meals. Good variety with a rotating meal selection each week. Great taste, great macros! 5/5 stars!”
“Overall, the meals are great! Our whole family loves them.
My only complaint - there have been 2-3 times where, when opening the box after receiving, one of the plastic wraps on a meal has been opened. Not sure if that happens from packaging or shipping, but we throw it out (now wanting to eat something that's not properly enclosed). So that's a bummer when needing to basically throw $12 away.”
