“The meals are great, easy to prepare, and the varity is very good. My weekly box of food is always on time, well packaged and well preserved. Extra Protein meals sides aren’t balanced enough for the amount of extra protein you get, you should include a little more of sides to balance out the meal better, more meals with extra protein and more vegetables options would be nice!”
“In 2024, I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. This was a bit disturbing to me as a recent widower who barely knew how to food shop to begin with. This new gluten-free diet threw me for the proverbial loop. Reading labels, scanning UPC labels, searching terms like: "gluten-free", "certified gluten-free", "possible cross-contamination with gluten in our factory" and researching the internet Celiac forums can be quite confusing -- not to mention dead wrong at times.
Fortunately, I found Metabolic meals where ALL the meals are gluten-free. No research to do, no fine print, no disappointment in food that looks enticing until one reads the dreaded small print on the ingredients label that says; "may contain wheat, rye or barley".
Metabolic meals has been a big help to me. All one needs to do is look through the menu and click on the meals that look appealing. Good food. No gluten. No worries.
I do wish, however, that Metabolic would make more coupon offers. Perhaps a system where the customer earns reward credits for purchases made. Personally, I have never even skipped a single week of meals in the time that I have been using Metabolic. Surely, Metabolic should see the advantage to giving back to its loyal base. That said, Metabolic Meals is good food at a fair price.”
“I’ve really enjoyed using Metabolic Meals. The meals are super easy to choose each week, and the deliveries are usually right on time. There have been a few delays here and there due to weather, but overall it’s been very reliable. My only wish is that they offered a few more meal options to keep things fresh. “First, for the most part, they have treated me well. For the meals, they have been good tasting and easy to prepare in a microwave. None of us or any product is perfect, mistakes happen. If you have an issue with the meals or service, contact them and explain the issue with photographs, they will try to make it right. I have learned these lessons through experience.”
