This is the only company who's food isn't frozen and that I don't have to make myself. I didn't want the ingredients to cook the food, I wanted it prepped and ready to go. Metabolic Meals does just that with fresh meals that I can freeze later. I've enjoyed about 95% of the meals I've tried and found a few favorites I like to reorder each time they're available.”

“For a senior citizen couple these meals are perfect. Portion size is adequate, but you could order larger protein portions if you want. Generally the food arrives on time and it is cold. The shipping package is strong. The only issue would be FedEx. Sometimes it looks like the box was rolled end over end to the door because the meals are no longer stacked and there are usually a couple of meals where the individual seal has been broken. However this is not a frequest occurrence.”
