The only negative for me being a senior is I find the ordering confusing so I end up with 30 meals in the freezer, but it doesn't affect the food. I order 15 meals at a time to avoid the shipping cost.”
“Overall it’s been very good food! Love all the ingredients! I especially appreciate the organic, gluten free, and grassed products. A few things that would make it even better include more Spanish dishes from other countries (Cuban/colombian/nicaraguan). Also more gluten free dessert variety would be amazing (apple pie, cinnamon roll, cupcake, etc). Wild fish options like salmon or snapper would be amazing as well. Overall though, amazing food and I have recommended it to all my family members.”

Second, their customer service is top-notch & they responded by helping me immediately when I needed to correct something. Third, the food is high quality & tastes good. I can eat a meal by itself or it makes a great base that I can easily add a fresh salad or other items to make it a bigger meal; making my life so much simpler. Fourth, the ingredients are CLEAN--no seed oils, no fillers, no bad stuff & you can tailor it to your particular dietary needs. Finding CLEAN food that I don't have to make each meal by itself is a game-changer for anyone with a life on the go. Fifth, the ingredients are clearly listed with a barcode to scan the calories etc & works with the lumen app making food tracking much easier. “I love metabolic meals and originally found them when I was searching for a seed oil free (no bad oils) option and I actually don’t know of one other that uses the level of clean ingredients with as many choices on a weekly basis that they do. I always love that you aren’t required to get a membership. My wife and I order just about every other week and will order at least 15 items and freeze any we don’t plan on eating by the expiration date and they are just as good when you unfreeze them as they are fresh.
They also have the best customer service I’ve ever seen with any online retailer. Kudos to the MM team!”
