Fourth, the ingredients are CLEAN--no seed oils, no fillers, no bad stuff & you can tailor it to your particular dietary needs. Finding CLEAN food that I don't have to make each meal by itself is a game-changer for anyone with a life on the go. Fifth, the ingredients are clearly listed with a barcode to scan the calories etc & works with the lumen app making food tracking much easier. And lastly, even though the meals aren't the cheapest around, they are still very well priced for the high-quality ingredients you get. If you are on the go and mostly just feeding yourself--the price is very affordable because I don't waste anything anymore by buying ingredients to make a full meal that sometimes spoils before I get around to making it due to a fast-paced schedule that changes a lot. Overall--I HIGHLY recommend Metabolic Meals to anyone either as the main course each day or even just a supplement for those extra lunches and breakfasts to save you time while at the same time keeping you honest & clean with the ingredients you are consuming. “I love metabolic meals and originally found them when I was searching for a seed oil free (no bad oils) option and I actually don’t know of one other that uses the level of clean ingredients with as many choices on a weekly basis that they do. I always love that you aren’t required to get a membership. My wife and I order just about every other week and will order at least 15 items and freeze any we don’t plan on eating by the expiration date and they are just as good when you unfreeze them as they are fresh.
They also have the best customer service I’ve ever seen with any online retailer. Kudos to the MM team!”
