“We've tried several meal delivery companies and are happiest with Metabolic Meals. The meals taste fresh and flavorful and are gluten free. They seem to have good quality control as far as shipping and packing and if something is wrong with an order, their customer service promptly finds a solution. I'd love to see more veggie options (broccoli, asparagus, carrots) and a few vegetarian or high quality fish options even if they have less protein.”

Plus, they stay fresh in the fridge for several days or can be frozen for even longer, giving me plenty of flexibility.
The only downside is the delivery service, Courier Express. They never ring the doorbell, so I often find the box sitting outside for hours before I realize it’s there. That said, this doesn’t take away from the excellent food and convenience Metabolic Meals provides. If they could work with a more reliable courier, it would be a perfect experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for healthy, hassle-free meals!”

The meals are flavorful & there's a great variety of choices each week. I have my favorites (the chicken breasts are always cooked to perfection & the sour cream potatoes are incredible). I really could not be happier. The weight off my shoulders knowing each week I will have safe meals, that never get boring or overly repetitive has improved my life. “Love the convenience and spot on delivery every week. Very good selections to choose from and delicious meals. Love that with our busy life we can make dinner in about 7 minutes and eat at home. Excellent portions and a good calorie/fat/salt ratio and can choose low carb. Keeps us eating at home for budget and optium health benefits and also saves time from meal planning, preparation and time shopping. We have lost weight, met our budget while having delicious dinners and can focus on relaxing and catching up on our day. It's a win, win all around. Honestly there have been a few entrees that were meh, but 99% have been really good and helps vary our diet as our own meal making was getting dull and monotonous. It has cost us so much more money to buy all the ingredients to make each meal. As just a couple, it can be hard to make for just two people and we end up making more and eating more. Also we can chose different entrees for each person so it makes it individually satisfying also.”

“Convenience, quality and delicious! These meals are fantastic, I have never had one that I didnt like, I have even surprised my-picky-self enjoying things that I didnt expect. They are filled with flavor without being spicy or hot, unless its supposed to be due to the type of meal. I have tried other plans that just overpower everything with heat, in meals that you would not expect to put your mouth on fire. I have also found this service to be lower in sodium than the others. Variety is the best part. Every week is a new menu that is on a 4 week rotation. So you dont get bored of the same foods, yet if you have a fave you know itll be coming back around so you can order again or even stock up! Whats also nice, is that each week has a couple new receipes pop in, so there is always something new to try in each order. The food is excellent quality, ingredients always fresh, never soggy or discolored and well packaged. I have tried about 5 other delivery services before finding this one, and now I look no further. You shouldnt either, this one is a winner!”
