We absolutely love our Metabolic Meals. They are gourmet, healthy, consistent, and 100% gluten free. Our daughter has a newer diagnosis of celiac disease and this has allowed her to feel "normal" again. She can eat quality meals with the family and all heated and served in 2-3 minutes or less.
