Love Metabolic meals. I love the changes in the menu, but seem to always have my staple meals. I tried to stop and only to realize my go to's in the grocery store were not the healthiest, with Metabolic I can stay healthier. Customer service is always great, the delivery company could be better with making sure the arrows are acknowledged and abided by to keep the ice on top..but that is not Metabolic. The meals are great, which is the most important
