“Ordering is very simple, and it is easy to skip a week. All of the meals I've had have been good, but I wish you offered more vegetables as sides. The packaging is horrible. The boxes are so big and heavy because of the ice packs that I end up throwing out. Please consider switching to styrofoam containers and dry ice.”

“I have been ordering Metabolic Meals for about 4 months and have definitely found some favorites. I’m on a low sodium diet and have been able to order meals easily. Everything is delicious and I like that every week the menu has new choices, along with some standbys. My food arrives every Tuesday and I have not had issues with the temperature of the food .There are three large blue ice containers keeping the food chilled. The box is quite heavy for me to carry in the house so I have learned to open the box 📦 at the door and take out the food containers first, then after refrigerating them remove the blue ice for disposal. Well worth the extra effort.
I tend to gravitate toward the turkey and chicken dinners but have really enjoyed the lasagne as well.
I’ve checked out other food service companies and have not found anything else that compares.”

They have been the only reason why I'm getting my macros close to my target and the meals are extraordinarily tasty (and I've tried many others) . They switch the meals weekly so my boredom does not have a chance to undo my progress.”
“I tell friends all the time about your meals and services the only criticism I can give you that might be helpful for you to think about is like where I live in the winter when it’s so cold well three times I received my shipment and the big blocks of ice packs that you use are so frozen and hard they sometimes penetrate and crack open the seal of the Meals and the meals are exposed in that environment. I don’t know what to do other than to throw the meals away that have been compromised. Also maybe the outside of the boxes that you use could have big arrows printed to show that the box should be moved around and placed in an upward position not rolled around that might help I don’t know

Only thing that could be improved is the description of the meals for people who want to know the ingredients; I don't like all foods and it could help to know a bit more about what I am getting. Additionally, the level of sustainability is not ideal, though it is due to practical reasons like needing the food to be sealed so it makes sense. I do wish that the ice packs were just water and not the gel so that they were easier to dispose of.

“My husband & i both have food allergies so it was hard to find a food service that fit both our needs. Very happy to have found Metabolic Meals. I have a gluten intolerance & can't eat onions. My husband has a rice allergy as well as a zucchini/squash sensitivity. I'd give you 5 stars if you had more selections that we could both eat especially having trouble with onions (I'm always bummed out when I see a new recipe & then find out it has onions in it). The food is really VERY GOOD as well as being healthy for us. Everything tastes so good!!! Also would love to see some seafood entrees as well as salads but I suppose it would be difficult to package. Thanks for asking my opinion & for having such a quality product at an affordable price.
