Metabolic Meals was a God's send for me. I have a very busy schedule and to be able to eat healthy on such terms is challenging to say the least. With Metabolic Meals however I can manage my lunch and dinner for most of the days with no trouble. The meals are balanced giving me all I need. They come nicely packaged and keep very well in the fridge or even the freezer if I don't manage to eat them all. You also have the option to add extra protein to a meal. The only thing I would like them to add is the option to double the amount of veggies in the meals rather than just the protein. Overall I simply love it.
