The meals are great, im happy with the variety, the speed with which the meals arrive, the taste and the customer service. However, the packaging is horrific and it takes me forever to rip into this plastic container and peel off the film that feels like it's been sealed with cement. I also hate that the package comes with three huge blocks of ice, they're incredibly difficult to dispose of and are also wasteful. That part could use improvement.
