I love metabolic meals and originally found them when I was searching for a seed oil free (no bad oils) option and I actually don’t know of one other that uses the level of clean ingredients with as many choices on a weekly basis that they do. I always love that you aren’t required to get a membership. My wife and I order just about every other week and will order at least 15 items and freeze any we don’t plan on eating by the expiration date and they are just as good when you unfreeze them as they are fresh. They also have the best customer service I’ve ever seen with any online retailer. Kudos to the MM team!
