I was looking for high protein gluten free meals for my upcoming surgery recovery and I found Metabolic Meals. Every meal I have had so far has been great! I love the the ingredients are clean and protein is a priority. It is so nice to have safe, healthy, balanced, clean, prepared meals in the fridge for when life gets busy.
