Extremely terrible experience. It is taking almost 2 months to remortgage, they keep delaying the process, not answering messages on the portal or not helping at all on the phone. Because of them I am on variable rate and I will just renew with my current lender as I have no idea on when and if the completion will be ever set. A real nightmare!
