We are remortgaging with Santander and we can’t believe that they use their services.
Our experience has been terrible! Every week they ask for more documents if you try to call them you can’t get through to anyone or put on hold for 2 hours.
We are so disappointed. It has delayed massively our process and we are now on variable rate.
