I spoke to Anu Sharma on Tuesday morning, May 12, 2015. I explained my problem to her and she rectified this problem in an efficient, professional and courteous manner. She then performed a number of operations in order to clean my computer thoroughly, and before ending the session, she made sure that I had no other issues which needed to be addressed. Should I have any problems in the future, I will be sure to ask for her. She was wonderful!
