Rohit Joshi did a very efficient job is correcting the problem I was having with the computer.
He kept me informed as to what he was doing, told me when I could leave the computer and called me by phone when my input was needed. While I find the cost for My Phone Support expensive, for someone on a fixed income, I'm satisfied with the service. Today's called was especially quick and easy. Rohit was patient in dealing with someone who doesn't understand a lot of the technical aspects of the computer.
