The troubleshoot and fix by Raul Kumar took about 30 minutes with 7 different issues on my Dell computer with Windows 8 operating system. Lastly, you probably have to put a notice to all Window users to be aware of a scammers calling your clients telling that their computer will crash if not fix by infosis.net.
