Govind Kumar was very knowledgeable and polite. He removed my Norton and installed Kaspersky. Altogether we were online nearly and hour and a half. He saved me from additional costs with a tech from iYogi (to whom I was routed after a call to Kaspersky for help with the Norton uninstall.) The iYogi tech scared me needlessly about registry issues, etc. I'm glad I refused their help and charges and called My Phone Support. Phone router Amarjeet Kumar Sinha was also professional and helpful--maybe just a little hard to understand initially. Altogether, I'm quite satisfied with my contacts with My Phone Support.
