This has been the very best tech service I have experienced since 1992 and 2002 as a Tax Preparer with backup support from national franchise. They have spend hours on my cpu remotely, today alone was 6 hours and I need this laptop as my work computer and I use it remotely all the time.
I used the tech service Sunday for 3 hours, Monday for guidance and reconnecting to printer in my Home Office. I highly recommend to anyone who needs tech support 24/7 365.
